A Cause for Convenience
In 1947, The Russell Stewart Oil Company was founded, supplying fuels and lubricants to rural and commercial customers in East Central Illinois.
The business evolved into a chain of convenience stores and travel centers throughout Illinois and Western Indiana under the trade name Super Pantry. In 1989, the corporation name changed to Tri Star Marketing.
New Business, Same Values
In October of 2014, the chain of 55 convenience stores was sold to Circle K. The proceeds enabled the organization to redeploy into the commercial real estate sector.
In 2015, the corporation became TSM Ventures. In 2017, a second office was opened in Austin, TX. Today, the enterprise owns and manages a portfolio of 577,697 sf of retail, health care, and office properties throughout Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
The portfolio continues to expand via complimentary acquisitions. The strategic plan calls for material targeted growth through 2025.
